The New Fylde Housing Helpline system enables the elderly and vulnerable to live independently with confidence in the knowledge that help is just a button press away. With our telephone unit all you need is a standard BT socket and a power point. There is no need to be near a your phone, just press the pendant button which can be easily fastened to clothing or placed around the neck and a direct connection is made to our dedicated team of operators, whom will summon whatever help you require, including the emergency services.

A loud speaker microphone on the unit ensures both the user and the operator can be heard, even at a distance. Once the connection is made, the requires assistance will be summoned by our team. At any time of the day or night, we will be on hand to help.

Cost

For the same price as a daily newspaper you can have peace of mind knowing that somebody is always there to help. There are no hidden charges, and help comes from as little as £2.40 (exc VAT) per week.

Throughout the home, with just the push of a button, our control centre will immediately be alerted and on hand to arrange support from a list of nominated friends, family members or medical aid.

Always there, our 24 hour operators are trained and ready. Once alerted we will identify any medical conditions, GP details or personal contacts needed to organise fast and attentive assistance.
