Swimming FLEETWOOD swimming club clinched promotion to the elite division after securing second spot in Micro League division A with some fine performances at West View Leisure Centre in Preston. Fleetwood won more than half the 49 events but some disqualifications cost them the title outright. Coach Charles Barber said: “The team can be mightily proud of themselves.
