Blackpool conceded early but three Fisher strikes and an Alice Jackson goal earned a 4-1 half-time lead.
Player of the match Wilby and two-goal Carla Broom completed the scoring as strong defensive work from Holly Roberts, Jazmine Sanderson and Gabriella May kept the Wiganers at bay.
